Our City Getaway packages include hotel, sightseeing, and admission to attractions (varies by city; please see inclusions for each specific city). The rest of the time is free for you to explore the destination on your own.

Documents

Monograms will send your helpful travel documents to you two to three weeks before you leave for your vacation, which include the following:

• City Guide
• Map
• Vouchers for your hotel, inclusions, and airport transfers (if applicable).
• Children 11 and under receive a rolling backpack. It's kidsized, just for them, so it's easy to maneuver in hotel lobbies.

With Monograms you can rest assured that we'll be by your side with service and support. That's because we provide you with a toll-free number in your travel documents for use throughout your journey, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Customer service representatives are on call for anything you need to help make your vacation worry free-from solving problems to answering questions.
